Sequencers

Sequencers are the workhorses of the Pumptogether platform, managing the selection and progression of project lists. Sequencers maintains 2 pools of lists "candidate list" and "Launching list". They obfuscate projects addresses and do random selection routines of lists from the "launching list" pools to be deployed
